Our residents know a thing about community.
Teal Run GMA is located in Fort Bend County, Texas near Highway 6 and the Fort Bend Toll Road. The community consists of 985 single family homes located in a beautiful and mature landscaped property. Teal Run is conveniently located with quick and easy access to shopping, restaurants, and downtown Houston. Here are just a few friendly reminders from your Teal Run GMA Board of Directors to keep our community looking great!
Please store trash and recycle bins out of public view on non-trash days. Please do not put your trash/recycle bins out earlier than 7:00pm the day before pick up day!
Please keep your grass mowed and curbs edged at all times and dispose of any
clippings immediately. Please trim your trees so they do not block the sidewalk
Street parking is ONLY allowed when following the law: No front end parking in cul-de-sacs. No expired registration tags. No parking in the wrong direction. Be cautious of where you are parking on the street so as not to make it hard for your neighbors to back out of their driveways. Cars parked on the street must be moved at least every third day. Street parking is not allowed within 20ft of an intersection and you cannot block mail boxes or fire hydrants from being accessed.
Each homeowner is responsible for 50% of a shared fence with their neighbor. Fences need to be maintained by homeowner, any missing pickets/boards need to be replaced.
Please fix gutters that are hanging off of your house.
Please be courteous and refrain from playing loud music that may disturb your neighbors. Please treat your neighbors with respect for a peaceful and enjoyable community for everyone.
Thank you kindly,
Teal Run General Maintenance Association Inc. Board of Directors
