The clubhouse also has a limited selection of circular and rectangular tables and chairs for use.

STEP 1
Please review the Teal Run GMA Clubhouse Agreement which includes terms and conditions as well as important information about the venue rental.
STEP 2
Select the profile below based on your eligibility and refer to the pricing list. Pay the deposit designated to the profile selected.
TEAL RUN GMA CLUBHOUSE Price List
Teal Run GMA
Proof of residency is required.
Hourly Rate
A minimum of 4 hours is required to book the clubhouse. There is a $250 refundable deposit required to secure your date and time. Rental payment must be paid in full by 14 days prior to the event. A 3% fee applies and is nonrefundable.
MUD 23 Resident
If you are not a resident of Teal Run GMA but live in MUD 23, you are eligible for rental at the following rates.
Hourly Rate
A minimum of 4 hours is required to book the clubhouse. There is a $500 refundable deposit required to secure your date and time. Rental payment must be paid in full by 14 days prior to the event.
A 3% fee applies and is nonrefundable.
General Public
If you are not a resident of Teal Run GMA or MUD 23, you are eligible for rental at the following rates.

A minimum of 4 hours is required to book the clubhouse. There is a $750 refundable deposit required to secure your date and time. Rental payment must be paid in full by 14 days prior to the event.
A 3% fee applies and is nonrefundable.
Board Approved Group or Non-Profit Organization
If you meet the requirements of a Teal Run GMA Board Approved Group or a Non-Profit Organization, you may be eligible for special rates or waived fees. Please inquiry via email.
Please include the pre set up and post clean up time needed in your hour count.

Residents of MUD 23 living within Andover Farms, Cambridge Falls, Estates of Teal Run, Teal Run North, and Winfield Lakes.

Anyone not qualifying as an Association Member, MUD 23 Resident, Non-Profit Organization or a Board Approved Group.
STEP 3
Once the deposit is paid and the reservation is on the booking calendar you will get an email from RealManage confirming your reservation and an invoice for the rental fee to be paid via Cashers Check, Money Order or Credit Card at least 14 days prior to the event.
STEP 4
Your booking is not complete until you pay the invoice for the rental. If you do not receive your clubhouse rental invoice from Real Manage, please contact us.
