Swim a few laps, practice your tennis swing, or host an event at our newly renovated activity center. Take a morning walk on the trails with a friend or take your children to the parks to burn some energy.  

As a Teal Run GMA resident, there’s plenty amenities to enjoy.

THE TEAL RUN GMA ACTIVITY CENTER

To enjoy the pool, tennis courts or rent the clubhouse, credentials are required. You must follow the designated process to gain access.

THE TEAL RUN GMA CLUBHOUSE

As a Teal Run GMA Association member, you have rental access to the clubhouse at the Teal Run GMA Activity Center. Whether you are hosting an event or planning an activity, the Clubhouse is the community space for several events throughout the year hosted by the community, residents, and our neighbors.

You must be a resident or be accompanied by a resident to enter the pool area. Wristbands are required.

The pool hours during pool season are:

  • Saturday: 10:00am - 8:00pm
  • Sunday: 12:00pm - 7:00pm 
  • Weekdays: Tuesday - Friday 10:00am-8:00pm
  • Mondays - Closed

Enjoy a game of tennis on our newly renovated tennis courts located behind the clubhouse.  Please contact the property management partner at tealrun@ciramail.com.

  • A key fob is required to enter the tennis courts.
  • The tennis courts are open year-round.
  • Daily Hours 7:00pm-11:00pm

Our trails are open to residents. To ensure the safety of trail visitors, please adhere to the following rules.

  • Alcohol is prohibited 
  • Pets must be on a leash 
  • No motorized vehicles 
  • Use of firearms prohibited 
  • No horses
